Yesterday I visited an art exhibition featuring works of Alvaro Tapia (who might not be familiar to people outside Sweden). In short, it was Awesome with a capital A! Man do I adore his work and his imagination, how does he manage to come up with every little detail, and all his intricate markings and designs for everything that he draws? He was present himself and I had a lot of questions for him, but I only managed to ask one, since I didn't want to interrupt his conversations with his friends, so I ended up just standing at the side, anticipating an opportunity to present my praise and inquiries. Ah well, we learn from our mistakes, next time, I'll be more bold (I don't know how many times I've told myself that exact same thing )

I had ordered a book with his illustrations before the event as to get a chance to get it signed but unfortunately, I didn't get it in time So, I'll just have to remeber I met him, and who knows, maybe he will have more exhibitions in the future?
